  • publicly accessible sources such as websites of businesses and accountancy practices, Companies House and credit reference agencies

Reasons we can collect and use your personal information

We rely on performance of a contract and legitimate interests as the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal data.  Our legitimate interests are providing you with an efficient service.


We may transfer your personal information to the following which are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as follows:

  • USA – using Mailchimp to provide marketing and communication services with our clients.

Such countries do not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA although the EU and the USA have entered in to the Privacy Shield mechanism for transfer of data.
